He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman T. Bailey and Ella B. Linton Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ann Kelley Bailey; his daughter Robin B. Von Hollen (Nick) of Exmore; his brother Tim Bailey (Vivian) of Pennsylvania; his grandsons, J. R. Bishop (Jacklyn) of Exmore and Nicholas Von Hollen, Jr. of California; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Bishop of Exmore and Chelsea Bishop of Exmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
