We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022, at the age of 72, Jean Parks of Exmore, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Donnie Bramble Parks; her parents, Robert Thomas Mitchell and Dorothy Kilmon Mitchell; and her grandson Joshua Whiteside. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Burleigh Parks of Exmore, Justin Thomas Parks of Nassawadox, VA and Laura Mae Parks of Virginia; her sister Sandy Darnell (Robert) of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren, Katilyn Parks, Bruce Whiteside, Jase Parks and Jayden Parks; and her aunt Janice Kilmon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
