James Powell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Powell (Exmore, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Powell Sr. and Jean Harris Powell; his son James L. Powell III; and his brother E. Trent. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Lewis Powell; his daughter Amy Hutchinson (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Nicole Kennedy (Michael); his siblings, Patricia Nottingham and Brent Powell (Kendra); his grandsons, James Lee Powell IV (J. P.), Nicholas Evan Brown, Nicholas Elmore Hutchinson and Andrew Parks Kennedy; and also Baby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
