She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale S. Swam; and her parents, Chester Tackett and Sally Mae Bently Tackett. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Burlock of Exmore, Mendy Edwards of Nassawadox, VA and Anthony Edwards of Harboton, VA; her stepchildren, Crissy Swam of Maryland and Amy Swam of Maryland; and her siblings, Peggy Crow (Clyde) of Maryland, Kathy Garrett (George) of Pennslyvania, David Tackett of Pennsylvania and John Kennedy of Virginia. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
