She was predeceased by: her husband Linwood Walton Wyatt, Jr.; her parents, Otho T. Outten and Vivian Mister Outten; and her brother Otho Franklin Outten. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda W. Blake (Wayne) of Richmond, VA, Joyce W. Ragusa of Exmore and Jane W. Baker (Tom) of Claypool, IN; her siblings, Frederick Thomas Outten of Covington, KY and Miriam Holland of Pocomoke City, MD; her grandchildren, Michael and Casie; and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Adriana and Noah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
