With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ortley (Exmore, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene E. Ortley; and her parents, Surry Lee Williams and Cora Marie Yarborough. She is survived by: her children, Collie E. Ortley of Scarborough's Neck and Marie O. Read (Alma) of Onancock, VA; and her grandchildren, Carole Read, Vicki Colona (Mike Bridges), Cindy Terry, Debbie Hess (Shaun), Kurt Ortley (Roger Gragg) and Melinda Ortley (Chad Guthrie). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
