He is survived by : his mother Cindy Tilghman Hopkins Budd; his stepfather Maurice "Cracker"; and his brother Stephen Hopkins (Heather) of Parksley, VA.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams-Parksley Funeral Home (25046 Parksley Rd, Parksley, VA 23417). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at the Parksley Cemetery (18670 County Rd, Parksley, VA 23421).
