He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Kellam, Sr. and Mary Richardson Kellam; and his wife Susan H. Kellam. He is survived by: his son Ryan K. Kellam (Kimberly); his grandsons, Chandler T. Kellam and Hudson K. Kellam; his brothers, Terry L. Kellam and Jerry L. Kellam; his close friend Debbie L. Schweiker; his friend Jeff Flournoy; and also, Chris Holt (Sharon), Craig Holt (Rose), Elaine Patterson (Jon), Obie and Gwen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
