He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dale Williams and Gladys Florence Davis Williams. He is survived by: his spouse Cassandria James Williams (Candy); his sons, Dale Scott Williams (Jenifer) of Weyers Cave, VA, Christopher James Williams of Exmore and Patrick Davis Williams of Exmore; his brother Gary Davis Williams, Sr. (Dorothy) of Midlothian, VA; and his grandchildren, Zach Harmon, Briana Robinson, Sarah Williams, Patrick Williams, Lindsay Williams and Treyce Williams. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
