He is survived by: his wife Kathy Robbins Parks; his mother Gloria Chambers Parks of Exmore; his daughter Rebecca Parks of Exmore; his grandchildren, David and Destiny; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Bella; his siblings, Kevin Parks of Eastville and Teresa Mitchell of Exmore; his aunt Erlene Taylor; his nephew Christopher Ashton; his great-nephew Connor Ashton; and his great-niece Sophia Rose Ashton.
