He is survived by: his wife Annie Bell Collins; his children, Bruce Collins of Cape Charles, Annette Campbell of Cheriton, Donna Wood of Richmond and Sharon Lloyd of Machipongo; his sister Margaret; and his grandchild Big Stone Gap. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
