She is survived by: her husband John Edward Phillips, II (Jack); her daughters, Deborah Hope Phillips Bank (Martin E. Bank), Susan Lynn Phillips and Karen Ann Phillips Kirby (Steven L. Kirby); her grandsons, John Thomas Steele, Jr. (Lynn Steele), Jon-Michael Tyler Bowman (Jessica Burton), Jeffery Allan Moore, Jr. and Kyle Edward McCloud (Tori McCloud); and her great grandchildren, Alana Hope Steele, Drake Thomas Steele, Landon Chase Michael Bowman, Liam James Bowman and Lochland Jahn Bowman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
