We bid farewell to Virginia Kay Gregory of Ewing, Virginia, born in Harlan, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 24, 2024 at the age of 45. Virginia Kay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Troy Frederick; her grandparents, Otis, Emily Shuler, Lee and Myrtle Frederick; and her aunts, Janet, Faye, Connie Shuler, Wilma Shuler Short and Edna Whitaker.
She is survived by: her mother Brenda Shuler Frederick; her children, Dustin Gregory (Harlan), Megan Stewart (Jimmy) and Brandon Gregory of Ewing, VA; her brother Randall Helton; her fiancé Jonathan Grizzle of Ewing, VA; her aunt Rosella Guntle; and her uncles, Bill and Phillip Shuler. She is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Huff Settlement Baptist Church (21 Huff St, Closplint, KY 40927). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
