She is survived by: her pet Chico; her children, Tracy Snodgrass Sr. of Ewing, VA and Julia Snodgrass Halcomb of Hazard, KY; her siblings, Gary Bailey of Westfield, IN, Bill Bailey of Rockwood, MI and Vickie Bailey Millikan of Atlanta, IN; and her grandchildren, Tracy Snodgrass Jr. of Richmond, KY, Kayla Snodgrass of Ewing, VA, Ceria Hall of Lenoir City, TN and Brandi Edds of Tazewell, TN.
