She was predeceased by: her husband John Maiden; and her parents, Betty Lou Beason Ayers and David Joe Ayers. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Buhl Rice of Middlesboro, KY and Jon-Paul Maiden (Amber) of Finley; her grandchildren, Andrew Rice and Aaron Rice of Middlesboro, KY; her sister Susan Copas Winebarger (Thomas) of Kingsport, TN; her cousin Tammy Beason Galland; and her friends, April Santos and Debi Patterson.
