He is survived by: his wife Octavia Goodin Mullins; his children, Otis Wayne Mullins, II and Gina Sue Tiller; his grandchildren, Dustin Wayne Mullins, Amanda Mullins and Haley Tiller; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Gracie, Brantley and Conrey; and his siblings, Tony Mullins and Debbie Mosier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
