With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leona Marie Neff of Ewing, Virginia, born in Sneedville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2023 at the age of 105. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milford and Maggie Thompson Bush; her husband Harold Clifton Neff; and her siblings, Thelma Ruth Dudney, Norma Christine Shackleford and Charles Leslie Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Clifton Neff (Gilda Neff) of Rose Hill, VA and Susan Neff Hevey of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Richard Barton Harris II (Joann) of Ft. Worth and Elizabeth Nicole Palmer (Brentt); her great grandchild Elle Palmer of Pensacola, Florida; her stepgranddaughters, Stacey Roberts and Traci Jackson of Johnson City, TN; and her sisters, Winnie Cash of Madison Heights, VA, Jewell Cheek of Chatham, IL and Joyce Mullins of Chatham, IL..
