She was predeceased by: her parents, Steely Sowders and Ina Sowders; her husband Frank Willis Sr.; her son Frank Willis Jr.; her siblings, Dewey Sowders, Violet Hatfield and Betty Marsee; and her sister-in-law Inge Sowders.
She is survived by: her children, Starlet Smith (Lonnie), Clara Scott (Mark), Dewi Blair (Jay) and Steely Barnett (Becky); her grandchildren, Loni Trull, Tatum Barnett, Chelsey Blair, Jessica Scott, Trevor Scott, Miranda Scott, Dustin Blair and Lynsey Blair; and her brother Johnny Sowders (Debbie). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
