She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hounshel and Bertha Hounshel; her sister Wilma Mills; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Hounshel, Jimmy Mills and Charles Beatty.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Warf of Ewing, VA; her children, Chris Warf (Jana Warf) of Bristol, TN and Nichole Warf (Mike Gartin) of Bristol, TN; her granddaughter Kayla Sanford (Ethan Sanford) of Bristol, TN.; and her siblings, Carson Hounshel (Bonnie Hounshel) of Ewing, VA, Willis Hounshel of Ewing, VA, Lana Beatty of Ewing, VA and Anita Hall (Bill Hall) of Barbourville, KY.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
