Fred Long Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Long of Ewing, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Mossie Long; and his siblings, Vernice Hatfield, Wanda Cheek and Bill Long. He is survived by: his children, Jason (Jenna Russell) of Ewing, VA., Shawn (Shellie Russell) of Ewing, VA. and Freda (Alan Yeary) of Ewing, VA.; the mother of his children Peggy Russell; his grandchildren, Emma, Seth, Brantley, Kaydence, Mason, Haylee, Taylor, Megan, Caleb and Kylie; his sister Rebecca Sue Cheek of Rose Hill, VA.; and his sister-in-law Jerlean Long. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great nephews, other close relatives and friends.
