He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ford and Sara Marie Ford; his wife Helen Ford; his siblings, John Ford, Jean Reed, Marge Hatcher and Patricia Callahan; and his granddaughter Casey Lyn Woolverton.
He is survived by: his children, Charles N. Ford Jr., Kenny Ford and Denise; his grandchildren, Terry Woolverton Jr., Austin Woolverton and Heather Ford; and his friends, Joseph and Kathleen Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation services will be held in accordance with COVID guidelines, therefore limiting individuals within the facilities.
