With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Alva Chadwell (Ewing, Virginia), who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nathan and Lena Loretta Robinson Chadwell; his siblings, Robert V., Alexander B., Jack E. Sr., Betty L. Daniels and Joan Price; and his wife Sharon.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Charles Chadwell and Leann; his son-in-law Steve Burns; his grandchildren, Robert Charles II, Mandi, Kelley Grace, Thomas M., Brooks Chadwell, Hayden and Carter Burns; his brother Jimmy; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Chadwell, Georgia Chadwell, Damon Price and Wayne Daniels; and his niece Stephanie Manning. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations to be made to Tellico Plains Elementary School Library Fund at 121 Old High School Rd., Tellico Plains, Tn 37385 in memory of his wife Sharon.
