He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Parks and Golden Parks (Garrent). He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. Parks; his son Bobby Parks Jr.; his stepchildren, Twila Janeway (Murray Sine) and Sam Janeway (Resa); his grandchildren, Whitney, Brandon Fields, Jake Janeway and Jake Fleenor; his sister Inez Collins; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence Fields and Dakota Fleenor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
