He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Coffer and Mary Coffer; and his grandsons, Joseph Bailey and Eric Bailey. He is survived by: his children, William Coffer, Jr. (Katrina) of Evington, Donald Coffer of Evington, Ronald Coffer of Evington, Wanda Isaacs (Kenny) of Evington, Cynthia Bailey (Ralph) of Evington and Carolyn Coffer of Madison Heights; his sister Ruth Abbott (Maurice) of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, Rachel, Michelle, Jessica, Timothy, Ryan, Bryan and Mark; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Bethany, Timothy, Jr. and Brandy.
