She is survived by: her children, Riley, Ian and Josie; her father Edwin Jaworecki (Susan); her siblings, Alyssa (Jason) and Eddie; her half-sister Adelynn; her niece Chloe; and her nephews, Andrew, Ethan and Meghan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
