He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Ford and Hester Ford; his sister Janet Ford Smith; and his grandsons, William Dunn and Joshua Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Vinson Ford (Stephanie) and Aimee Ford (Danny Fielder); his stepchildren, Pete Turpin (Laura), Denny Turpin (Loretta) and Missy Johnson (Robbie); his grandchildren, Steven (Taylor), Jacob, Garrett Ford, Christian Turpin (Roy Blair), Thomas, Trevor Vance and PJ Powell; and his former wife Carolyn Ford. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
