He is survived by: his mother Mary Tweedy Cundiff; his wife Alfreda Bennett Cundiff; his daughters, Latoria Potts (Jacotron) of Charlotte, NC, Vinetta Poindexter of Lynchburg, VA, Senior Chief Valinda Lewis of Norfolk, VA and Vonda Casto of Lynchburg, VA; his grandchildren, Petty Officer 3rd (Class Vashon Cundiff), Diamond Cundiff, Jahvon Lewis, Jermale Poindexter, Jr., Xavier Poindexter and Selena Lewis; his cousins, Sherry Richburg and Floyd Calloway; his mother-in-law Ellen Bennett; his brother-in-law Michael Bennett (Deborah); his nieces, Michelle Bennett and Dr. Marcia Bennett; his great-nephew Miles Bennett of Lynchburg, VA; his niece Teresa Ferguson of North Carolina; and his goddaughters, LaKisha Calloway Scott and Ebony McCoy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
