Though James Claiborne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Claiborne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnace Rice Moore and Rebecca Avalon Whitten Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Moore; and his children, Dawn Lyn Franklin (James), Wendy Michele Reid (Tim), Angela Marie Crawley (Chris Morris) and Michael Allen Moore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
