She is survived by: her sons, William Andre Neugent (Eunice) and Marvin Dixon of Stockton, California.; her sisters, Margarette E. Payne of Altavista, VA, Gladys Spriggs of Rustburg, VA, Julia Maxcine Tillery and Carolyn Spencer of Altavista, VA.; and her sister-in-law Gwendolyn Sparrow of Rustburg, VA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Grove Baptist Church (1046 Chapel Grove Rd, Evington, VA 24550). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
