It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Consuella Mariea Oulds Barbour of Evington, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Oulds and Lillian Oulds; and her siblings, Carl, Ralph, Stephen Jr., Bruce, James, Mabel and Lillian.

She is survived by: her husband Vincent Leon Barbour; her children, Consuella Barbour (Michael Sinclair) and Vincent L Barbour II; her grandchildren, Gabriella Navas Barbour, Leah Navas, Nicholas Caudill, Isabella Barbour and Hannah Grace Sinclair; and her sisters, Luwatha, Geraldine, Cecilia and Mary. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
