He is survived by: his parents, James "Jimmy" Payton Eades (Marie) and Gloria Dunnaway Roakes; his wife Sue "Trudy" Staton Eades; his daughter Tabitha Martin (Burley); his grandson Burley Martin, Jr.; his stepson Justin Wayne Shupe (Meagan); his sister Jessica Chism (Wayne); his stepsiblings, Dawn Smith, Denise Rawlings and David Dinwiddie; and his close friends, Chris, Jared, Tracy and Smitty.
