With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Adams of Evington, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clayton Dunn and Corrine Jordan Dunn Pritchard; and her husband John J. Adams. She is survived by: her children, John H. Adams of Rustburg, Billy W. Adams (Robbie) of Altavista, Debra Adams of Hurt and Bridgett Hudson of Gladys; her siblings, John M. Dunn of Lynchburg and Linda J. Wilson of Rustburg; her sister-in-law Dora L. White of Cartersville, GA; and her grandchildren, Derrick Adams, Crystal Haynes, Bill Adams, Kevin Epperson, Dylan Adams (Sheri), Ashley Hubbard (John) and Stevie Hudson, Jr.. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association.
