He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Stuckey and Helen Michael Stuckey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Payne Stuckey; his sister Suzanne Stuckey Furman of Tampa; his nephews, Stephen, Carl and Eric; his niece Sharon; his sister Vicki Stuckey Anderson (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Courtney and Lindsey.

Instead of flowers, he would like donations be made to the Museum of Transportation in memory of him.
