He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth F. Rollison; his parents, Harry Henry and Esther Mae Rollison; his sister Cheryl Ann; and his son-in-law Glenn Sylvia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Ball (Jeff) and Lisa Sylvia; his grandchildren, David Allen Ball, Amanda Grace Jones (Mike), Jonathan Charles Ball and Elizabeth Rose Sylvia; his great grandchildren, Cameran Paige Ball and Savannah Lee Jones; his brother Richard Rollison (Trudy); and his friend Diane Dawson.
Graveside service will be at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon, Virginia at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to: Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Retirement Association PO Box 2301 Fairfax, VA 22031.
