He is survived by: his parent Helen Jackson (Brown); his wife Barbara Jean Starks Jackson of Esmont; his children, Stephanie of Upper Marlboro, MD, Kayla (Richard Barreto) of Mitchellville, MD and Lucian (Kendra) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Artura, Avery, Aaron Jackson of Upper Marlboro, Ariel Barreto, Leah Jackson Barreto of Mitchellville, Jillian Kelly and Jazmyne Price; his great grandchildren, Zamiya Kelly, Zoye Kelly and Zayden Kelly; his brothers-in-law, Lewis Starks, Sr. (Shirlie) of Charlottesville, Eric Starks of Charlottesville and Oliver Starks (Janice) of Charlottesville; his uncle Willie Gray of Esmont; and his niece Brenda Deane of Keswick. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
