We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2020, at the age of 87, Catherine Dillard (Esmont, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neverson and Roberta Rush (Brooks); her husband Jack Johnson Dillard; and her siblings, John, Douglas, James, Robert Rush, Sarah Scott, Louise Swain, Daisy Gray and Florence Dillard.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ross, Sylvia Dillard (Al), Sharon Dillard, Christine Dillard, Stephanie Dillard, Jack Junius Dillard (Rowena), Nicholas Dillard (Joy) and Michael Dillard; her brothers, Walker and William Rush; and her sister-in-law Birdean Rush. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a number of other extended family members and friends.
