He is survived by: his wife Emma Ruth Brewer; his siblings, Frances Jackson, Mary Bolton, Lelia May Campbell, Joyce Schaeffer, Gloria Dean Stainback, Paul Brewer and Dan Brewer; his daughters, Sherry High of Wilson, NC, Teresa Lynn Brewer of Emporia and Billie Jo Brewer of Emporia; his grandchildren, Cale Newsome, Kevin Allen (Tonia), Adam High (Deanne) and Leslie "Sissy" Wilhelm (Matt); his great grandchildren, Thomas Newsome, Alyssa Allen, Kinsley Snyder, Emma Tyrrell, Roman Tyrrell, Savannah Trout, Rhett Wilhelm and Addison Wilhelm; and his stepgreat-grandson Logan.
