He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Ferguson Edwards. He is survived by: his father Robert W. Edwards, Sr.; his wife Brenda Edwards; his daughter Norah Haley; his son-in-law Wade; his grandchildren, Lee and Jessi Mae Haley; and his brothers, Kenny Edwards (Barbara), Barry Edwards and Doug Edwards (Kim). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and treasured cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Adams Grove Baptist Church, 24407 Adams Grove Rd, Emporia, Virginia 23847.
