He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Bailey; his siblings, Mamie Faye Williams and Ernest Bailey; and his brother-in-law Frank Ogletree. He is survived by: his wife Marie Bailey; his son Derek Bailey; his siblings, Irene Ogletree and Cliff Bailey (Louise); and his sister-in-law Peggy Bailey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
