He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Sue Helfrich. He is survived by: his children, David Helfrich (Theresa), Mary Jane Yeattes (Mark), Sue "Pickles" Green (Troy) and Brenda Cullom (Phillip); and his sisters, Harriette Burks, Brenda Worley (Wayne) and Delores Taylor (Dave). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
