He is survived by: his wife Denise Bryant; his son Paulus "PJ" Bryant, Jr.; his siblings, Regina Dungee (Samuel), Anita Bryant, Marvin Bryant, Sr., Bernard Johnson, Sr. (Renea) and Rodney Lee (LaChonda); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Batchelor (late James), Roslyn Grimsley (Curtis), Linda Wyche (Daniel), Cynthia Lewis (Elmo) and Arthur Grant (Bonnie); his nieces and nephews, Karimah, Marina, Tiffany, Brooke, Kesha, Tremaine, Marvin Jr., Octavian, Maurice and Bernard Jr.; and his extended family New Hope Apostolic Church. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. E. Pearson & Son Funeral Service, Inc. (556 Halifax St, Emporia, VA 23847). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greensville Elementary School (1101 Sussex Dr, Emporia, VA 23847).
