Hines,; his sons, Demetrius Delbridge of Emporia and Keeshawn Hines of Newport News; his sister Beverly Hines-Collins (James) of Henrico; his nieces, Cierra Johnson of Prince George and Jalana Collins of Henrico; his nephew Cameron Hines of Spotsylvania; his great-uncles, Luther Williams of Fredericksburg and Thomas Williams of Brooklyn; and his great-aunt Dorothy W. Wilks of Emporia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
