She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison M. Keene and Rosa McGlothlin Keene; her husband Wesley Harrison Mullins; and her siblings, Earl Keene, Myrtle Deskins, Nell Holt, Clarence Keene (Shorty), Pearl Belcher, Ruby Angles, Jesse Fore and James Keene.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Ruth Mullins O'Brien (Michael B.) of Roanoke; her granddaughters, Jennifer Lyn O'Brien (Helen Heinemann) of Thorndale, Pennsylvania and Katherine O'Brien Zimmerman (Matthew H.) of Roanoke; her great grandchildren, Estella Gray Blackwell of Roanoke, Charleigh Mae Zimmerman of Roanoke, Maisy Grace Zimmerman of Roanoke and Leah Blake Zimmerman of Roanoke; and her sister Lorraine Keene Williams of Brookneal. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
