He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie A. Kidd and Grace Kidd; and his stepmother Audra Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Kidd; his sons, Daniel A. Kidd (Morgan) and Wesley D. Kidd; his stepsiblings, Jim Mitchell (Jenny), John Mitchell (Gayle), Joe Mitchell and Linda Piazza (Joel); his aunt Jerry Nall (Joel); and his son Mike Nall (Beth).

David's request, contributions in lieu of flowers should be made to, Pleasant View United Methodist Church, and earmarked for future Horizons Worship and multipurpose building.
