He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Helen Marie Underwood; his son Ward Underwood; and his siblings, Johnny Underwood, David Underwood, Frieda Hall and Janie Coffman.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Underwood, Jr., Joshua Underwood (Shannon) and Kenneth Large; his grandchildren, Kayla Graham, Morgan Martin, Reagan Underwood, Aylin Underwood and Marleigh Underwood; and his siblings, Betsy Hodges, Lorrel Mathena, Becky Barnett and Gene Underwood.
