She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Grant Dunn and Ruth Gordon; her husband Robert Starkey Sr.; her children, Ann Starkey, Alvin Starkey, Douglas Starkey and Larry Starkey; her siblings, Nathan Dunn, Clevie Dunn, Jimmie Dunn, Frances Maxey and Helen King; her grandchildren, Chrissy Wyatt and Rodney Keith Starkey; and her daughter-in-law Alice Starkey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Starkey and Ruth Brammer (Barney); her daughters-in-law, Amanda Starkey and Debbie Starkey; and her siblings, Andrew Dunn and Nannie Minnick. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
