He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alderman and Pearl Alderman; his former wife Beth Alderman; and his siblings, Arnold, Ersell, Early Alderman and Betty Hanks.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Alderman; his children, Carrie Reed (Nick), Bonnie Booth (Scott) and Robert A. Alderman Jr. "Bobby" (Danielle); his stepchildren, Jeri Lynn Carbonneau (Ronnie), Laurie Wood (Kenny), Timmy Leftwich (Kim), Wendy Leftwich Croy and Darren Leftwich; his grandchildren, Morgan, Mariah, Jackson, Tyler, Emelia, Laney, Clifford, Julie, Brandon, Jared, Brooks, Charly, Charlie, Camden, Caden, Carter, Cordell and Stone; his great grandchildren, Chole, Colby, Jacob, Clara, Tristen, Grayton, Ethan, Makenzie Owen, Mason and Cayden; and his siblings, Ray Alderman, Henry Alderman "Tink" (Frances) and Patricia Buckland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
