He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Murphy and Martha Murphy; and his wife Patricia Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Michael K. Murphy (Brandy Murphy) and Rhiannon Janney (Michael Janney); his stepson Derek Revin; his grandchildren, Tayla Murphy, Kaylin Dalton, Tristan Dalton and Hailey Murphy; his sister Donna Murphy; his nieces, Rachel Murphy, Madeeson Lawrence and Margaret Murphy; and also Becky White.
