Though Marvin Everett may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvin Everett touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Hicks, Sr.; his sisters, Patricia Wheeling and Janet Nunley; and his pet Sissy. He is survived by: his mother Mazie Hicks; his daughter Vanessa (JR); his siblings, Daniel Hicks (Christy), Rebecca Hoback, Robin Trail (Chuck) and Margie High; his girlfriend Brenda Caldwell; his pet Linus; and his nephew Bob.
