He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Sue and John Eugene Wooldridge; and his siblings, Ora Mae Arnold, Glenna Hogan and Ray Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Missy Smith (Junior), Sandy Helton, Danny Wooldridge (Donna) and Randy Pruitt; his grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler Smith, Anna Helton, Julie Vincent, Crystal Hight, Joey Wooldridge and Dustin Pruitt; his siblings, Wanda Overstreet, Eddie Wooldridge and Wayne Wooldridge; and his friends, Ed Thurman (Debbie) and Bobby Cobb. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
